Overview

This website and online store are operated by LoTech Sales ("LoTech," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Custom orders and proofs

Most of what we sell is customized with your logo, artwork or text. We send a proof before production. You're responsible for reviewing it carefully, and we produce your order based on the proof you approve.

Your artwork

When you send us a logo, artwork or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any order we believe infringes someone else's rights or is inappropriate.

Product appearance

We do our best to show products and colors accurately, but screens vary, and natural materials like bamboo, acacia and teak vary in grain and color from piece to piece. Engraving and imprint results can also vary slightly with the material.

Pricing and availability

Prices, products and availability can change without notice. If we find an error in a price or product description after you order, we'll contact you before going ahead. We may refuse or cancel any order, and if we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund your payment.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LoTech Sales isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
